Each company is assessed against the criteria stated in the "How we ranked" section of the guide on the homepage.

Data sources

Data points come only from the company's own official website. If an official website does not state a data point, the guide does not present it as a fact, and the table cell reads "Not stated on official site" or "Not stated".

Ranking logic

Positions follow the criteria and scoring described in the guide. A position reflects how completely and concretely a company documents the listed criteria, not a judgement about the quality of its service.

Updates and corrections

The guide is reviewed when company websites change. To report a factual error, write to contact@example.com and include the link to the page of the company's official website that confirms the correct data. Verified corrections are published in the next update.
